Sunrise Bakery (Demo) started as a weekend market stall and grew into a small shop on Example Street. Our bakers start at 4:00 every morning so the shelves are full when we open.

We keep things simple: good flour, water, salt, time and a lot of care. Every loaf is shaped by hand, and anything left at the end of the day goes to a local food bank.
